Propose a meeting for the Royal Society's scientific programme

The call for proposals for the Royal Society scientific programme is currently open.

Bring your department’s research to the forefront by holding a meeting as part of our scientific programme.

Please share this invitation with your department to propose a meeting for the Society's 2018 scientific programme.

Your meeting will benefit from:

  • a two-day interdisciplinary meeting, with a chance for publication in a Royal Society journal;
  • full administrative support, allowing you to concentrate on the scientific content of the meeting;
  • venue hire of one of our prestigious venues;
  • a contribution towards travel expenses and accommodation for your organisers, speakers and chairs.

Proposals are invited from any UK-based or UK-national researcher in any area of science, technology, engineering or mathematics. The deadline for proposals is 3 April 2017.

Please visit the call for proposals webpage for full details of how to propose a meeting. For further assistance, please email hooke.proposals@royalsociety.org.
